It is with deep sadness that the family of Chrystal Jean Leadbeater announce her passing at the Fort St. John Hospital in Fort St. John, B.C. on July 26, 2013 following a lengthy illness.
Chrystal was born in Sioux Lookout, Ontario on May 3, 1985, where she grew up, she moved to Slate Falls and later lived in Minaki. Chrystal was a great animal lover and her greatest joy was her children and her family.
She was predeceased by her mother Patsy Jean Brown on February 15, 1997, her grandparents Warren and Marjorie Leadbeater, Bill Brown and Kathleen Neshinepaise.
Chrystal will be loving missed and remembered by her father John Leadbeater, step-mother Della Wesley of Thunder Bay, brother Dustin Brown of Alberta, step-brothers Dave and Anthony, step-sisters Elaine, Stella, Jeanette and Samantha of Cat Lake. Chrystal will be very much missed by her three children Tyler of Minaki, Jax of Kenora and Tatiana of British Columbia. She will also be missed by her partner Rodger Davis of Taylor, British Columbia and her step-family Jim, Sharon and Jamie Anderson of Minaki. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home Chapel with Mrs. Muriel Anderson presiding. Interment followed in Dinorwic Cemetery beside her mother.
