Circular Driveway for Hicks and Lawrence Residence

The City of Dryden is about to enter into a land use agreement with
Hicks and Lawrence to allow for additional parking at the company’s Duke
Street residence.
Building and Planning Manager Bob Cunningham says the dwelling is owned
and used by Hicks and Lawrence to provide living accommodations for its
pilots and staff.
Cunningham says parking at the home is at a premium, so this agreement will help solve the parking problem.
The City owns the undeveloped 20-foot property.
Cunningham says Hicks and Lawrence has invested a lot of money into the community, so the city is happy to offer its assistance.
