City Appoints New City Clerk

Dryden officially has a City Clerk.
Debra Kincaid has been appointed to the position and will oversee administration, cemetery, legislative services, corporate records and information management.
Kincaid has been with the City since 1994 and has been the Acting Clerk since 2011.
Kincaid says she’s excited about the opportunity.
