Department Managers plan to meet with Senior Staff in the next couple
of weeks to discuss the findings of a Dryden Employee Satisfaction Survey.
156-staff answered 49-questions surrounding their work environment,
Council, their Supervisors and the future of Dryden.
City Manager Arie Hoogenboom says the survey produced some encouraging
results.
