City Not Looking At Cutbacks In 2013

There will be no reductions in services or departments in 2013 in the City of Dryden.
Chief Administrative Officer Andre Larabie says staff and council are looking at suggestions submitted by KPMG.
Larabie notes they can’t rush any decision.
Larabie says staff and council need to look at what impact any decision may have on services to the public.
He stresses the key is determining the extent of the savings they can find with each recommendation.
Larabie notes decisions won’t be made until mid January or early February.
