The City of Dryden is taking a proactive approach to address voter list complications.
The October municipal election was plagued with wrong information or people being left off the voters list that is compiled by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.
Voter turnout was high in the October election at over 60 % but Clerk Debra Kincaid says they are always looking at upgrades.
There was a bit of a wait for the final results and Kincaid says they are keeping their options open on telephone and Internet voting.
She notes an election reserve account has been set up with annual allocations of $8-10,000.
Kincaid says overall it was a very successful event.
