City of Dryden Losing Public Works Director

Director of Public Works and Engineering Mike Louttit says he has accepted a position with the Domtar Mill.
City Manager Joe van Koeverden says believes it’s a good career move for him, and it allows him to continue to work and live in Dryden.
Van Koeverden says there’s no word yet on a replacement, but they will discuss their options at Tuesday’s council meeting.
He adds they haven’t decided if they will need a professional engineer on site, or if they will contract someone as needed.
Louttit’s last day is March 4th.
