Class Action Lawsuit Moving Forward

Thunder Bay Lawyer Chris Watkins says he’s partnering with a top Canadian law firm to help with a proposed class action lawsuit launched by city flood victims.
He says it means there there will be added expertise when the suit goes before a judge.
Watkins says the number of participants could hit 1,500 in the next few weeks.
Watkins notes the suit is expected to be filed in Ontario Superior Court within days.
