Lots of people appear to be interested in the Cloverbelt Local Food Co-Op. President Jen Springett says they already have 75-members, and are trying to promote the benefits of locally grown food. Springett says they’re also working with the Dryden High School about the benefits of the co-op, and they hope to release it early in the new year.
