CN Rail And Unifor Avoid Lock-Out

A late night deal has been reached between Unifor and CN Rail, avoiding a lock-out of 4,800 workers.
The union says they were able to find solutions to the concerns raised by members with the support of a Federal mediator.
Ratification meetings will be held across the country over the next three weeks and details of the agreement aren’t being released right now.
Unifor has six collective agreements with CN Rail representing mechanics, clerical workers, engineers and other workers.
