Provincial Police have arrested a Winnipeg man following a routine traffic stop in Fort Frances.
Officers found an unknown amount of cocaine inside the vehicle.
OPP say 43-year-old Robert David Koscian facing one count of trafficking and one count of possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime.
