Cold Case Mystery Solved

An OPP cold case mystery in Thunder Bay has been solved with the arrest of a 63-year-old Alberta man.
Michael Kelly was arrested and returned to Thunder Bay on the weekend.
Kelly has been charged with first degree murder in the death of his spouse.
Judith Thibault was reported missing in 2000 and her body was found in a remote area 4-years later.
Kelly was the one who first reported her missing.
