Northwestern Ontario is back in the deep freeze. Once again the wind chills are reaching the minus 40 range. Environment Canada’s Desjanelle Matthews says the extreme cold is widespread from the Manitoba Border to James Bay and the lower Great Lakes. Matthews says we might see a break by Friday.
