Dryden Police, Fire Servcie and Ambulance all responded to a collision between a van and a tractor-trailer unit which closed the Trans-Canada Highway late Wednesday afternoon.
The sole occupant of the van was taken to Dryden Hospital, the driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured. While a formal report hasn’t been released, it appeared the van was struck broad-side the the east-bound 18 wheeler.
