The Ministry of Transportation and the OPP North West Region are reporting a collision on Highway 17, east of Thunder Bay.
The MTO says there may be lanes blocked on Highway 17 near the MTO’s Patrol Yard in Pearl, Ontario, and traffic control is in place. That’s about 50 minutes east of Thunder Bay, between Loon and Bowker.
The collision was reported around 11:30 Eastern.
Residents are asked to drive with extreme caution today after the snowfall.
