A Colorado Low has prompted a Winter Storm Warning across northwestern Ontario.
The region could see up to 30-centimetres of snow on Monday.
Bill Laidlaw of Signal Weather Services is not recommending travel.
Laidlaw says the snow will start as heavy and wet and we can expect drifting snow this evening.
Laidlaw notes the snow should taper off around midnight.
He adds “get the power tools ready to dig out”.
