Communication the Key to Transportation Issues

Ontario’s Minister of Transportation says she wants to work closely
with Municipal leaders in the North to address the priorities.
Donna Cansfield is on a whirlwind tour of Northwestern Ontario to
take stock of our transportation network.
Cansfield says on her agenda is speaking with Dryden Mayor Anne Krassilowsky about
the 5-laning of the Trans-Canada through Dryden.
Cansfield says one of her priorities is improving safety on Highway 17
by adding more rest stops and erecting electronic signs advising motorists
of road conditions.
Cansfield says she will be making a return trip to the North to speak
with area mayors one on one.
