Community Program Expanded

The Kenora Sexual Assault Centre is expanding its outreach program to Treaty 3 communities over a 15-month period.
The group received a grant from the Provincial Government to allow outreach workers to help women in 4 Anishinawbe communities.
The project will assist women in developing a stronger understanding of the roots of sexual violence as well as create opportunities for community healing.
