Concern Over the Need for Passports

Area concerns and planning for the future were highlighted at the
recent Northwestern Ontario Tourism Association General Meeting.
Vice-President Jerry Fisher says the issue of passports has grabbed
everyone’s attention.
Fisher says border crossing problems are hurting tourist operators and
the need for passports will make matters worse.
He says its imperative for all tourist owners to get in touch
with their clients and get them prepared for the change.
