It was a special day at the Centre in Dryden on Tuesday as Confederation College marked another milestone 50th Anniversary moment with its graduation ceremony.
30-students from the local campus crossed the stage to accept their diploma.
College President Jim Madder says he was happy to see proud parents, families and friends in attendance.
Madder says this is last year to watch students of all ages succeed and he feels like a proud parent himself.
This is the last year as President for Madder.
He says this year Confederation College saw more international students across the region and he is hoping that spills over to Dryden in 2018-2019.
Madder ends by saying he’s extremely proud of all of their graduates.
One of the highlights of the Tuesday ceremony was the recognition of Michael Van Pattter, who successfully completed the Educational Support program.
