Confederation College Checks In With Dryden, Red Lake and Sioux Lookout

Confederation College is meeting the needs of its smaller campuses across northwestern Ontario.
President Jim Madder is wrapping up his yearly visits to Dryden, Red Lake and Sioux Lookout.
Madder says both the Dryden and Red Lake campuses are happy with the college.
He says the college is constantly looking for new opportunities.
He notes Hydro One is sponsoring a pre-trades and pre-technology program.
An open house on the program will be held December 9th at the Dryden campus at 4:00 p.m. and in Sioux Lookout on the 8th.
He says next fall 19 new programs will be offered at all campuses.
In January, the college will offer a con-current program in health care and education as well as a general arts and science program.
Madder adds the college is working on growing an apprenticeship program and trades programming in the smaller campuses.
