Confederation College is giving the thumbs up to the Bob Rae report
on Post-Secondary Education.
The former Premier is calling for a $1.3 billion increase in
funding for Schools.
Gail Higginson is the Vice-President of Academic and Student Services
at Con College and says the report identifies barriers in this region.
