SIJHL/Play It Again Sports Player of the Week honours are going to Thief River Falls defenceman Conner Bowey.
The 20-year-old from Winnipeg is starting to find his game after missing significant time with an injury.
In two wins last week against Minnesota, Bowey recorded 1-goal and 4-assists.
He’s riding a three game point streak.
Bowey now has 10-points in 11-games and sits fifth in the league in scoring among blueliners.
Eric Stout of the Dryden GM Ice Dogs and Red Lake’s Shaye Sommerfeld also received consideration.
