Conservatives Accuse LHIN’s of Misspending

The Northwest Local Health Integration Network is under fire from the Progressive Conservatives.
The PC’s are taking aim at their spending.
Critic Steve Clark feels the $4.8-million the local LHIN spent on administration could have been better spent elsewhere.
Clark says the Northwest LHIN also spent $1.5-million on consultants over the past 4-years.
The Conservatives came out with a scathing report on Ontario’s LHIN’s Tuesday.
