Conservatives Promise to Scrap LHINS

The Leader of the Ontario Conservatives says if elected, he would make changes to the Health Care system.
Speaking in Thunder Bay in a campaign-style stop, Tim Hudak promised to scrap Local Health Integration Networks.
Hudak says the decision making progress is taking place at Queen’s Park and Dalton McGuinty is using the LHINS as a shield.
