Construction And Fundraising On-Going

Fundraising continues for a new animal shelter in Dryden.
Anne Owens is the founder of the Second Chance Pet Network and says construction of the new facility on Wilson Road is going well.
Owens says funds are still needed to complete the inside ofh the building.
She hopes to have the shelter operational by the end of the year.
Owens says the facility is badly needed.
