Contract Ratified for Occassional Teachers

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board and Elementary Occassional
teachers have both ratified a new contract.
Superintendent of Finance Dean Carrie says they were able to reach an
agreement that fits under the Provincial funding formula.
Occassional teachers will receive a 10.45% wage hike over the
life of the contract.
The Board still needs to reach an agreement with High School Occassional Teachers.
Talks are expected to resume April 18th and 19th.
