A long-standing battle between College faculty in Ontario and its employer has finally been settled.
An arbitrator has just released details of a contract settlement between the two sides.
The deal includes a 7.75% wage increase over a four-year period.
This Fall, about 12,000 college teachers spent five weeks on strike to back their contract demands.
The agreement also includes language surrounding academic freedom.
