Convicted Parent killer appeals

A convicted murder from Fort Frances is appealing.
Jamie Perlett was found guilty on 2 counts of 2nd degree murder 5 years ago in connection with the 1996 shooting deaths of his parents Carol & Jim.
Lawyer Dan Brodsky claims in his filing trial judge Mr Justice Terrance Platana made several errors during the case.
No word on when the appeal will be heard.
