Dryden GM Ice Dogs defenceman Cory Dennis has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.
The 19-year-old native of Madison, Wisconsin racked up one goal and five assists in two wins this past weekend.
Two of his helpers came on game winners.
Dennis is riding a seven-game point streak and leads the league in scoring for defenceman with a dozen points.
Jamie Driedger of the English River Miners also received consideration.
