The City of Dryden has finally agreed on a plan to help the proposed
Lifelease housing complex.
Council agreed Tuesday night to guarantee the financing of 5-units, in
case tenants default on a unit.
The City also approved a plan to provide services in kind
such as curbing, paving and landscaping up to $300,000.
Mayor Anne Krassilowsky says she hopes the project can now take off, noting this form of housing must be available.
The 37-unit Pineridge Terrace is scheduled to be constructed in the
West Wabigoon Drive area.
