Counterfeit Money

Counterfeit money has surfaced in Sunset Country.
OPP are investigating two incidents at two Vermilion Bay gas stations Monday.
Police say The Village Corner received two counterfeit Canadian twenty-dollar bills.
The Vermilion Bay Co-Op received one counterfeit Canadian ten-dollar bill.
Police have seized the bills and continue to look into the matter.
OPP remind residents to take a close look at bills to ensure security features are present.
If anyone comes in contact with counterfeit money, keep it and notify police as soon as possible.
