Kenora OPP charged two Ontario men after finding a
substantial quantity of crack cocaine and drug
paraphenilia in their possession.
52 year old Arend Koper and 25 year old Matthew Stewart
were charged with possession for the purpose of
trafficking.
Constable David Cain says police were alerted to the
duo, because they were acting strangely.

Koper was also charged with failing to comply with
conditions of his recognizance. Both were remanded into
custody and will appear in Kenora Court today.
