It’s Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Week. Volunteers from receiving charities are decorating daily at Tim Hortons with hopes that you will purchase their masterpieces which in turn means you’re helping out charities and organizations around Northwestern Ontario.
One hundred percent of your 2 dollar Smile Cookie purchase at Tim Hortons in Dryden goes to Adult & Teen Challenge and Making Connections For Children & Youth. Buying Smile Cookies from your Sioux Lookout Tim Hortons has proceeds going to Friends Of Cedar Bay. In Red Lake – Tim Hortons Smile Cookie proceeds go to the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Hospital Foundation.
Chair of Dryden’s ‘Making Connections For Children & Youth’ – Kyla Swiatkevich – is seen in one of these pictures dropping off a box of smiles for CKDR staff. Now you know why I might be sounding a bit garbled at times on-air!!
