Credit Card Fraud

Kenora Police have charged three men with

unauthorized use of credit card data and fraud, after a

stolen credit card was used to purchase a refridgerator.

Police found the suspects with the credit card at a

downtown business.

They later found that the card was used to rent

rooms, and charge food and drinks at two seperate hotels.

Charged are 51 year old Joseph Chiassons, 40 year-

old Samule Stafford and 23-year old Paul Wyryha.

Wyryha is also charged with breach of probation.

All three men have been remanded into police custody.

Police were able to find the fraudulently purchased

fridge, and return it to the store.
