A new campaign to help area youth exploit the skilled trades field
has been well received.
The Cresive Corporation has wrapped up a series of public forums
drumming up support for the non-traditional trades field.
Special Projects Coordinator Vicki Scherban says they have found a
need to enhance training opportunities and establish a curriculum for youth.

Scherban says the skilled trades and technology field is growing and she
believes it can help keep more youth in the Region.
