CTF Concerned About State of Their Lawsuit

A lawsuit over the Ontario Health Premium could be in jeopardy now that the Province has moved forward with the Legislation.
The legal action was filed by Canadian Taxpayer Federation Federal Director John Williamson against the Premier and Finance Minister Greg Sorbara.
Speaking in Dryden, he says the Liberals breaking off debate on the issue is another broken promise.
Williamson says Ontario law states that a referendum is required before any tax increase.
The matter is now in the lawyers hands, however we will see the premium taken off our paycheques starting July 1st.
