Cultural Centre Still a Go!

Officials in Sioux Lookout are committed in seeing construction of a new Cultural Heritage Centre get off the ground.
Director of Recreation Al Howie says they want to update everyone on where things stand and want the public to be part of the process.
Howie says some financial barriers still remain, including a $850,000 shortfall.
Howie says they are looking to form partnerships and both levels of government have committed nearly 40% of the funding.
George Weston Ltd. has already pledged $1,000.
A public meeting is planned for tomorrow at 4:30 at the Rec Centre.
