The issue of cyberbullying will take centre stage at an information session next week in Dryden and Sioux Lookout.
Two officers with the Ontario Provincial Police will discuss the best
practices for safe internet use and the problems kids may encounter while
exploring sites such as youtube, myspace and msn.
Statistics show 90% of our youth are surfing the web and more
then 40% have admitted to giving out personal information.
The session in Sioux Lookout is set for Monday night (15th) at 7:00 at Sacred Heart School.
The Dryden session is planned for Tuesday (16th) at 7:00 at St. Joesph’s School.
