Cyclospora Outbreak In Ontario

Health officials are looking into an outbreak of Cyclospora in parts of Canada.

The Public Health Agency of Canada says there are 83 confirmed cases, mostly in Ontario, as well as in B.C., Alberta and Quebec.

The source of the bug has yet to be identified, but past outbreaks have been linked to imported fresh produce.

Health officials are urging folks to ensure they wash all produce, especially lettuce, before consuming.
