The nuisance bear report is FINALLY complete & has been delivered to the Government.
However it will not arrive on the Minister of Natural Resources desk until after Octrober 2nd, election day!
An MNR official says decisions about making the report public or implementing its recommendations will be left up to whoever is in charge following the election.
Some worry that if a different party than the Conservatives forms the next Government the report could languish for months while the new Minister gets up to speed.
