Bruce Montague’s constitutional challenge of Canada’s Firearms Act is
moving at a snail’s pace.
For the second straight day Tuesday, the Defense and Crown argued
whether or not the Defense’s witnesses are reliable.
The Crown claims Professor Gary Mausler and David Tomlinson, the
President of the National Firearms Association are not expert witnesses
and should not be allowed to testify.
The judge in the case has not rendered a decision.
The case involving the Dryden gunsmith will resume in Kenora Superior
Court at 10 Wednesday morning.
