Dryden is turning to the business community to be designated a ‘Service Excellence Community”.
The Service Excellence program is a full-day training session, scheduled to begin January 21st.
Dana Soucie is the Ambassador Program Coordinator with the Dryden Development Corporation and says the workshops are geared towards business owners, volunteers and front-line workers.
Soucie says the program will help businesses achieve a high level of customer service, tidiness and creating a warm atmosphere.
To register call Dana at 223-2174.
The initiative is being launched thanks to funding from PACE and the Dryden Marketing Association.
Soucie says the goal is to have at least 60% of businesses become Service Excellence Organizations.
