The Dryden District Museum is expected to be a busy place the next few
months.
The trophy head and shoulder of the 18-point white tailed deer is now
on public display.
The animal was illegally killed north of the City in 2003 and is on
loan from the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Museum Curator Leah Gardner says they are taking this opportunity to
highlight the history of hunting in Northwestern Ontario.
n037 runs: 17 sec. out…the areas.
Gardner says the trophy head has already attracted a lot of interest
only 1 day into the exhibit.
