Demonstration Planned over Hydro Bills

A peaceful demonstration over the soaring cost of Hydro is planned for Dryden on November 19th.
Residents upset with their energy bill are scheduled to rally outside the Government Building on Highway 17.
Kelly Getson is one of the organizers and says they are hoping for a big turn-out.
Getson says they are also in the process of distributing material to be showcased in car windows and businesses.
Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton is expected to take part in the Rally, which starts at 4 o’clock.
The group has also created a Facebook page to enhance their fight.
It’s called ‘jointhefightagainsthydro1’.
