More details are being released on an order of non-compliance at the Rainycrest Long Term Care Home in Fort Frances.
The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care says the facility is not meeting standards in several areas including infection prevention and control, staffing and the use of restraints.
In some cases there were repeat occurrences.
The home is no longer allowed to admit new residents until further notice.
The operator, Riverside Health Care, says its working to address the issues.
