Details Released on Fatal Incident

The body of a 17-year-old Sioux Lookout youth who fell into frigid Pelican Lake during a game of “water skipping” has been recovered.
OPP say Cody Gale was driving his snowmobile across the open waters of Frog Rapids on Saturday evening when his machine sank.
Constable Mark Gaudet says his 2-friends were not able to save the young man.
Gale’s body was recovered Sunday with the help of the provincial police emergency response team and marine unit.
