The Keewatin Patricia District School Board has reached a new agreement with its High School Teachers.
The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation and Public Board have both ratified the deal.
Director of Education Larry Hope says the agreement includes a number of improvements to salary and benefits.
The agreement includes a 3% increase in each year of the contract.
Hope notes some classes will be shrinking in size and others will maintain the status quo.
The deal remains subject to Ministry of Education approval before funding will be released to the Board for implementation.
