Everyone from the Dryden High School Arts Council is accounted for and fine after a car plowed through a crowd of pedestrians in Times Square Thursday.
The students and staff were at the Statue of Liberty at the time of the incident.
New York PD on Twitter say one person is dead and 22 others are injured.
Four of the injuries are critical.
Police say it’s an isolated incident and one person is in custody thanks to police and civilians.
Police say 26-year-old Richard Rojas of the Bronx was driving at a high rate of speed.
