The top athletes at Dryden High School were honored Friday night as the
school held its annual awards banquet.
Ty Sampson was named Male Athlete of the Year
Sampson set the Winnipeg Football League record for interceptions this season.
The Female Athlete of the Year award was shared by multi-sport stars
Alison Church and Brooke Chasowy.
Girls Hockey Coach Clinton Bruetsch was also honored at the banquet.
Bruetsch will be leaving DHS this year for a Principals position in
Sioux Lookout.
